I think it would be too much of a hassle to collect these sign-offs for
inidividual patches. When Michael forwards driver patches to Linus
he will likely collect all frontend changes into one patch and
sign this off himself, which is sufficient according to
Documentation/SubmittingPatches.

For larger changes we may require the sign-off line from the original
submitter.
