Thanks for the suggestion but all my tests were done with
http://www.linuxtv.org/download/dvb/firmware/dvb-ttpci-01.fw-261c and this is the problem.

I'll try again today with either 2.4/dvb-kernel CVS and latest driver in 2.6.8-rc2 with VDR 1.3.11 and follow
Johannes suggestion to see if i can outline a VDR issue or driver issue or a local hardware setup
