OK, I had to use nmi_watchdog=2, but google tells me this seems to be
normal with my combination of motherboard/cpus (a7m266-d / athlon-mp).

I also enabled most of the kernel debug functions. The cool thing now
is, that after the following message occures, my system remains usable,
at least I can unmount /. Very nice :-)
