[linux-dvb] Remote with new Hauppauge (cx88)

It appears that cx88 has ir-codes i tables in cx88-input.c
The second one says 'hauppauge-new', actually it is old, has 34 keys.
New remote in the box has 45 keys.
How is the new keymap defined, written into code ?
If into code how the wanted keymap is selected ?
