Am I right to understand that VDR's Makefile should include the Make.config
(if it exists) after it has set up its defaults, so that the user could overwrite
these? That would be acceptable. The VDR distribution would then _not_ contain
any Make.config, in order to not overwrite a user supplied file.

Please send a patch that implements this.
