I've also noticed this behaviour with normal usage of vcd replaying
and in my opinion its really a prob of the svcd plugin in conjunction
with something like the ripping plugins
- if theres a process wait2encode it mostly happens

As i can't check it out right now (the vdr ist some km's away)
would you tell me please how mounting is done within your plugin?
have you tested it with 1.1.15?
