So this won't working still now, and no answers in this list.

The result:

with recenct CVS HEAD and Stefan's patch you can compile mplayer (I
suggest 0.90pre9) for HEAD.
VDR 1.1.6 supports HEAD, so no modification needed.

mplayer plays videos from command line without errors.

If you start VDR, and plays a video with calling mplayer plugin for vdr,
kdvb-fe process will eat your CPU, and mplayer will stall, lost audio,
and so on.

Maybe if you tune to a TV channel before the playback of avi video
files, it can help...... :(
