Update: Klaus is now releasing the occasional driver as 'officially 
supported'..

I've been using the 2002-12-06 one with good results.

Not specifically DVB, but videocapture in general ... it's required for the 
/dev/video interface, and also to successfully load the drivers (even for the 
budget cards) ..
