Yes, Yes, No, doesn't work ;o))

I tried to implement some of this stuff into my mod. The 
DVB driver contains settings for the above stuff, but it
doesn't seem to work. I even tried to mod the settings
directly in the driver code (i.e. hardwire some values into
the driver), but it doesn't budge at all ;o(

Interestingly enough this also does NOT work in any kind
of Windows DVB software (based on convergence code or
not makes no difference). While you are able to modify the
Overlay surface via the Windozsoft, this has zero effect on
the hardware output of the DVB.

As far as I have studied the AV711x spec sheet the chip seems
to support brightness, color, etc settings. 

If anyone has ideas please let us know ;o))
