Unfortunately no timer which works only with EPG-data works really properly.
For timer to really work correctly it must monitor the _real_ start and
stoptimes of the program, and they are _not_ in the EPG-data.

The timer should use EPG-data to grab the running-status id and then
monitor the stream for that id.
