[vdr] epg2timers and www.tvtv.co.uk

If anyone's interested http://www.tvtv.co.uk has just changed format and
seems pretty well identical to tvtv.de output now.

epg2timers.cxx from epg2timers 0.9.6 now works with only minimal tweaks.
