Do you mean similar to the length of recording patch a la
AIO? I never installed this, so a screenshot would be mighty
helpful ;o))

As to displaying such: I would opt to the follwing (adjustable)

- global use of small fonts should allow me to add this
   w/o slicing off anything.

- using either standard fonts or small fonts in the title only, I
  would have to cut something from the menu. I will have to
  check what  would be okay to remove or shorten.

The above would be static bars. I.e. they won't move as the
progress bar does (okay, this would only be interesting for
a recording currently being replayed, so I don't think it would
be worth the effort making them dynamic.)

However, as I said, I never installed the length of recording
patch (and I haven't looked into an according AIO patch
code ;o)) On what do you base the length of the bar on?

Example: 3 +1 Movies:

duration -> hh:mm

1. Sat 1 Der große FilmFilm  (say duration is 2:10)
2. Pro-7 Relic Hunter (duration 0:45)
3. Kabel 1 Die Reportage (duration 3:45)
4  XYZ (duration 23:59) (special case: timer got screwed)

Obviously the bars would be (shortest to longest):

                     Pro7- Sat1- Kabel1-XYZ

But how long is each bar? On what is the length based? Or does
this compare RECORDED film length vs. TRUE film length?
If this is the case, how  long would a bar be for a recording
that contains more than one film?? What should happen in case
there is no time info available (no summary) or a film for
which someone used genindex (not sure if this includes time
info)

As I jokingly said to Andy Grobb, slowly you can set-up-yourself-
to-death ;o)), but this is the only way one can satisfy most (o:))
people.

An extra key isn't the problem. I increased the number of User def.
keys to 20 ;o))
