[vdr] Re: Improved CAM support in VDR

Hi Klaus,

I forgot to mention:

-that I also tried both CAM slots

- both CAMS at once (one by one of course, too)

- I also reloaded the drivers.

-Pulled the CAM from the CI & reinserted it
  before, during & after trying to access the menu

- VDR 1.1.21 is vanilla

- While changing firms I also did a make clean
  & make firm clean

Don't know what else too test.
