[vdr] the old commercial autocut problem... a solution?

Hi,
Can't remember if this option was discussed before but:
 
many stations like SAT1 overlap the reentry point after the 
commercial breake with the beginning(5-10Sec).
Why not simply check ONLY THE AUDIO line for that overlapping
To set the cutmarks?
 
Just a thought.
