i don´t think so, on 2 of my systems i had to use SilentDrive´s (tm) to realy get rid of the noise
but you can test it (be carful!), when you place the hdd on a little bit of foam (i mean: schaumstoff) or hold the hdd with out hand you can test how far you can get with the NoVibes
