[vdr] ANNOUNCE: VDRremote 0.0.3

VDRremote 0.0.3 is available at

	http://www.koch-enterprises.de/download/software

Changes since version 0.0.2:

- can grab images from VDR via svdrp "grab" command (thanks to Jan Grell 
for the hint to implement this)
- new "design": looks more like a remote
- integrated output window to watch the results from VDR
- directly shows the grabbed images if specified and localpath was set
- mode added to always grab an image on button press, to see whats going 
on onscreen
- direct command window

Tested with VDR version 1.0.4, but should work with newest developer 
version, too.
