Sure that the DVB 2.1 card uses TTL level. The manual (actualy a
single addon page) states that it's S/PDIF out. From the manual
below, this would mean non-TTL, or not?

If the DVB card would provide a potentional dangerous TTL level
coax out, wouldn't there be a clear warning in the manual?

My receiver manual doesn't states anything about signal levels.

As i'm using this receiver since over 2 year with the digital out
of the card, I thing he doesn't matters if it's really TTL level.
