Although vdr couldn't find the mplayer.sh file (i'm too lazy to install the
mplayer-plugin correctly - didn't need it) it releases the dxr3 ("DXR3
releasing device" message on tv-out) when starting the mplayer-plugin.
Maybe it doesn't work correctly because of a race-condition between mplayer
trying to open the dxr3 and the dxr3-plugin releasing it.
