don´t know, the "..." indicated that there are mpeg cutting progs that support it
(have a look at the "Record/Playback via DVB" area at http://www.dvbforum.de/ they have a FAQ where Vidomi is used for MPEG2 PS with AC3)

if your PES to PS converter did nothing wrong (i.e. correcting wrong or filling in for missing packets) it will work
