[vdr] Re: SPDIF out

Hi

I was actually thinking of going down a libmpeg2 and DirectFB route, but if
anyone has any major objections just let me know as I'm still just getting
my head around everything.  I would like to make it so you can switch
between software decoding and v4l if you have a full featured card.  This
would allow a funky lokking OSD on your primary VGA card (no promises tho!)
