You are right, I forgot about the patches living in the wild out there.

@Klaus: What do you think, when would you be able to move the
declaration of the two classes cMenuEditTimeItem and cMenuSchedule to
vdr's menu.h to avoid the above problem at all (please don't feel hunted!)?
