[vdr] ANNOUNCE: bitstreamout 0.46g (AC3 loop through sound card)

Hi,

       just uploaded vdr-bitstreamout-0.46g.tar.bz2 at
http://bitstreamout.sourceforge.net/.

The changes are:

  - Fix transfer mode detection from primary to primary device,
    should stop staccato in case of recording on primary device.
  - Remove LOCK_THREAD from Activate() class members.
  - Use bits and bitmasks even for setup to have a better usage
    of the CPU's cache line.

Now you can record e.g. on Pro7 without getting staccato if you're
switching from Sat1 to Pro7 ;^)
