[vdr] To plugins developers: please make announcements!

Hello,

I know that the vdrportal community is very active (which is great) and I saw 
several plugins being developed and released on this portal only (like vdr-
screenshot).
I would really appreciate if all plugins developer could also make an 
announcement on this VDR mailing list so that everybody can benefit from it.
Klaus, I'm sure, will add a proper link to the VDR plugin page.
