[vdr] MediaMVP & SINGLE_DEVICE

Hi!

I'm having problem with my MVP. I'm having one -S and one -T card, and
because of that i added -DSINGLE_DEVICE in the Makefile of the
mediamvp-plugin.
When I try to change channel (from the MVP) my VDR-box changes channel, but
nothing happens on the MVP. I'm still left in the channel list.

Anyone having any hint what I'm doing wrong?

I'm running a quite recent CVA, it says 0.1.1a when I start VDR.
