[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] vdr-femon-0.1.1

The new "stream information" display will show you current nominal
bitrates, aspect ratio, frame rate, video format, resolution, ...
(screenshots available at the homepage). Like the previous 0.1.0 release,
this is also only for vdr-1.3.7+.
