No, autocutter and noad is started by vdrconvert wich runs in the background.
VDR only adds the recording to a queue which is handled by vdrconvert.
So VDR does not know anything about noad/autocutter.
It would be a good idea if VDR would check return value of the shutdown script and if
it is != 0 try to call it again after some seconds.
