Compilation fails with ffmpeg-0.4.9! I get:

Checking my version of avcodec.h, the only define I have like that is 
FF_ASPECT_EXTENDED, and "aspect-ratio" is now "sample_aspect_ratio"! I think 
the aspect ratios of 0.4.8 have been replaced by things like FF_DTG_AFD_4_3

I'll see if I can get anywhere with this...
