hello,

after some struggle in compiling I got the mhp plugin to (sort of)
work:

The application list shows, and the progress bar for loading the
actual applications.

The applications just somehow hang the system.  No video is seen on
screen (nor audio), but the subtitles from the dvb-subtitles continue to show as
if the program would progress normally.

vdrlog does not show any special error messages.  I just have to kill
the vdr to get it to work again.
