[vdr] Re: two VDR boxes

Is it complicate to add an vdrboxID (uniq) in the record file name.
So the 2 (or more) boxes will record into the same directory but with a
different file name.

This is no problem. I have one large server and multiple clients.

Yes, may be. I do recordings only on my 4 DVB card server.

When the filenames are the same then the recording is destroyed. I had
this once when on the server two identical recordings started. Both
recordings were interleaved.
