I don't think that it is any of a plugin's business how full a buffer
(if any) is. The data sent via PlayVideo() could come from anywhere,
there might not even be a buffer involved. If a given replay device
needs to make sure it has a certain amount of data before it starts
playing, I'd say it has to buffer that by itself.
