Ditto.

I'm reading up on dvb streams so that I can try to make some sense of
the 'picture type' bit of remux.c.

However, vdr-1.3.14 does seem to have 'settled' a bit more now on my vdr
box. I'm still seeing the UPT errors but there seem to be fewer glitches
(seems to give a lot more smaller glitches compared with previous
versions which gave fewer larger glitches instead, if that makes
sense!).
