DVB-H stands for Digital Video Broadcasting via Handhelds.

This is Digital Video Broadcasting for mobile devices like mobile phones or PDA.

This DVB Standard is currently under testing. It expands on established technologies of the DVB-T part. Among other changes it uses MPEG4 from the start. The encoded streams have a resolution of 360x288 at 384 kBit/s or 180x144 at 128 kBit/s.
