According to the latest  manual ftp.pinnaclesys.de/manuals/pc/PCTV
Sat/PCTV_Sat_eng.pdf
the chipset is: Tuner: HM1821, Demodulator HM1221, CX24110,"video decoder"
Fusion878
My card for example have CX24108-20ES as tuner.

O/T I found another card which seems to have a similar hardware
architecture:
