lspci -n would be more helpful.
Use lspci to find the saa7146, like
00:0b.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7146 (rev 01)
00:0d.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7146 (rev 01)

And then match the numbers for lspci -vvn
00:0b.0 Class 0480: 1131:7146 (rev 01)
        Subsystem: 13c2:0001 <<<<<<<
Control: I/O- Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Step
        Status: Cap- 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort
        Latency: 32 (3750ns min, 9500ns max)
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 11
        Region 0: Memory at ea205000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=512]

00:0d.0 Class 0480: 1131:7146 (rev 01)
        Subsystem: 13c2:1003 <<<<<<
Control: I/O- Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Step
        Status: Cap- 66Mhz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort
        Latency: 32 (3750ns min, 9500ns max)
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 11
        Region 0: Memory at ea208000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=512]

The subsystem numbers are the numbers you need.
