[linux-dvb] Tuning to <150 Mhz in Telekom cable

Hi there,

according to the NITs in the Deutsche Telekom cable network there are two
new transponders (don't know since when, must be some time):

    Transport_stream_ID: 10004 (0x2714)
    Original_network_ID: 61441 (0xf001)
        DescriptorTag: 68 (0x44) [= cable_delivery_system_descriptor]
[...]
        Frequency: 18022400 (= 113.00000 MHz)
        FEC_outer: 2 (0x02) [= RS(204/188)]
        Modulation (Cable): 3 (0x03) [= 64 QAM]
          Symbol_rate: 430080 (= 6.9000)
        FEC_inner: 15 (0x0f) [= No conv. coding]
[..]
    Transport_stream_ID: 10005 (0x2715)
    Original_network_ID: 61441 (0xf001)
[...]
        Frequency: 18939904 (= 121.00000 MHz)
[...]

I'd like to tune to these transponders using my DVB-C Nova (yes, one of the
few :) w/ VES1820, but i didn't have any success. All other transponders
seem to work properly. I already tried of adjusting the frequency boundaries
in the tuner.c, with no success.

Do these transponders exist? If yes, i might try to figure out the correct
tuner settings (prescaler and stuff), but i always hated programming Mitels,
so maybe there is a simpler solution.

by the way, i'm using the CVS (not NEWSTRUCT) drivers, updated some day ago
(and backpatched because the DMA-fix seems to freeze my computer, but that's
another thing and i didn't want to spend any more reboot in debugging this)

bye,
felix domke
