Maybe it's slightly off topic, but i'am currently doing some research what
changed between 0.9.4 and current drivers (beside firmware).
For now i found just, that
static u8 init_1893_tab [] = {
0x01, 0xa4, 0x35, 0x81, 0x2a, 0x0d, 0x55, 0xc4,
0x09, 0x69, 0x00, 0x86, 0x4c, 0x28, 0x7f, 0x00,
0x00, 0x81, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00,
--- 0x80, 0x00, 0x31, 0xb0, 0x14, 0x00, 0xdc, 0x20,
+++ 0x80, 0x00, 0x31, 0xb0, 0x14, 0x00, 0xdc, 0x00,
0x81, 0x80, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00,
0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00,
0x00, 0x55, 0x00, 0x00, 0x7f, 0x00
};
changed at one parameter - what are these all for?
Why does a DVB-S need to load the module ves1x93 even if just replay is
requested (otherwise we get instantly and endless ARM-crashes),
whereas a DVB-T can do without a frontend?
