there is no "full DiSEqC init sequnce" defined in the DiSEqC specs.
Which switch criteria to send over the sat cable only depends on
the local hardware setup.
Maybe the Annex A of update_recomm_for_implim.pdf
http://www.eutelsat.com/satellites/pdf/Diseqc/associated%20docs/update_recomm_for_implim.pdf
can give an impression of some common required combinations.
