Yes, but the Typhoon card does not have this 7146 extension, so then it's a 
"real" budget card. Also I can use it with both the budget-av driver and 
budget-ci (if i add the pciids). I just thought it would be easier to manage 
one driver, at least for those cards that's this closely related, at least 
from a users point of view.
