Well, I only have one rev 1.3 card with id  0x13c2:0x1002, so the
EEPROM contents might be wrong. But the card differs slightly:

id		component side               solder side           LNBP chip   CI connector
13c2/0000       Sat-DVB Rev.: 1.3 TTC99.04   BTI ML-1 94V-0 1000   16SP        C on solder side
13c2/1002       Sat-DVB Rev.: 1.3 TTC99.04   CT 002V0 94V-0 9942   13SP        no C

Imho we have these full-featured DVB-S cards:
