I have one of this Satelco cards (sold "in mases" on eBay), using the
BSRU56-502A tuner, PCB marked as 'S-DVB Data Rev. 1.1' and 'TT2000.6',
with the following PCI info:

About the Subsystem_ID, it could be another altered EEPROM :-( ; I've 
done a very spare use of this card and initially I had to patch the DVB 
driver to detected it and many months latter I had to patch again the 
same kernel IIRC, as the card was not detected.

Seems that we need the values of more cards of this type!.
