I tested it, and it seems to work properly...
Sometimes it crashes, but even the previous version crashes sometimes.

I scanned Astra and HB, and played some channels on both.
(2.6.8.1-12mdk & skystar2 & tone burst (old) diseqc)

P.S. Is it possible to use multiple (or even better "nested") channel lists? 
For example one could be able to sort channels per satellite, than provider, 
then kind of channel (films/music).
