[mpeg2] MPEG-1 encoding (almost) perfect for me

I finally got the repeated "kfir ready..." and "irq loop" messages to
stop.  All I had to do was disable USB in my BIOS and in my kernel.  The
clip that's been giving me so many problems encoded without any errors.

The only minor issues remaining now are the dark picture and the oversized
motion vectors.  Time to download some more documentation...
