You did run a 'make' in driver/micro didn't you?

Indeed, it looks like kfir_micro.h is not correct in your
case. It should be generated from the windows drivers.
Your cmicro.c is also different from mine. Try 'cvs update cmicro.c'.
But I doubt that this is a big issue.

Try extracting the code from the windows drivers that I extracted
them from.

Try generating it yourself, if it fails, I can mail you mine,
but that should not be required.
