Just got the new one, it is only 5mm wider and has 2 upright PCI
slots which can hold an DVB and CAM quite comfortably. The noise 
of the fans isn't really living room proof. There you definitly 
need to exchange the outlet fan with a thermo-controlled silent 
one. CPU and power supply fan are much more silent...
