[vdr] stream audio?

hi ppl!

how do i stream a radio-stn? i have chosen sunshineradio, went to the
streaming menu, started stream.
i can open the stream address from my workstation then, but the audio plays
to fast and is shraddered somehow. the player shows 48khz. any ideas? and is
there an easy way to record (ok just pressing record :) and convert radio to
mp3 afterwards? this would be really nice, since mp3 is the type we probably
want for our radio-recordings :)
