I switched now to 1.1.14, pretty much the same effect so far.
Sorry for the lack of info... Its a DiSEqC A/B tone burst switch.

It is switching correctly I think, I hear the click on the switch at aleast.
channels.conf looks like this
for astra:
3sat:11954:H:S19.2E:27500:210:220:0:0:28007
and for sirius
telia:12284:V:S5E:27500:210:208:0:0:200

in my diseqc.conf I have
S19.2E 11700 V 9750 t v W15 [E0 10 38 F0] W15 A W15 t

S19.2E 99999 V 10600 t v W15 [E0 10 38 F1] W15 A W15 T

S19.2E 11700 H 9750 t V W15 [E0 10 38 F2] W15 A W15 t

S19.2E 99999 H 10600 t V W15 [E0 10 38 F3] W15 A W15 T

S5E 11700 V 9750 t v W15 [E0 10 38 F4] W15 B W15 t

S5E 99999 V 10600 t v W15 [E0 10 38 F5] W15 B W15 T

S5E 11700 H 9750 t V W15 [E0 10 38 F6] W15 B W15 t

S5E 99999 H 10600 t V W15 [E0 10 38 F7] W15 B W15 T

Also tried setting "A" instead of "B" on the SE5 settings

for log messages I get ERROR CHANNEL XXX not sync'ed on dvb card 1, retrying
