[vdr] undelete recordings

Hello,
vdr deleted automatically some recordings (my HDD was almost
full).

Is there any possibbility to "undelete" them?

There are no "*.del"-directories and I am using Suse 8.0
with ext3.

I am afraid the answer is no. Right?
