[vdr] Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!

Hi list.

My vdr box sometimes crashes with a kernel panic. The crash is more
likely to occur when the system is busy. If the system is doing three
recordings simultaneously and badblock checks on two disks it occurs
within 30 minutes.

Does this only occur in my configuration or has someone else similar
problems (and maybe a solution) ?

Thank you in advance

Matthias

software:

SuSE 7.3
Kernel 2.4.10
DVB driver dated 2002-12-08 with firmware dated 2002-15-04 and two
patches of Oliver Endriss (one to support the build in remote of the
nexus with the old firmware and another one to enable the remote control
ports of all available nexus cards).
vdr 1.1.20, remote plugin, mp3 extension.

my box:

Athlon 1.4 GHz
256 MB DDR RAM
2x Nexus 2.1
1x Nova
2x 60 GB IBM HD
1x 80 GB IBM HD

The sat cards use shared interrupts.

After the box crashed, the caps-lock and scroll-lock are flashing and
following data is written to the console:
