[vdr] New API support for vdr 1.04

Hello,

I wrote a patch against vdr 1.04 to support the new
DVB driver API (formerly NEWSTRUCT, now v1.00pre).

If somebody is interested in this patch, please contact
me via email.

But beware, this is just a dirty hack, so:
- no ci support, if you are using the new ll-driver
- only tested with 1.0.0-pre2 driver (very short test)
[2 DVBs setup]
- no support of sim. record+replay on one DVB (timeshifting)

To do:
- extend diseqc support
- integrate CI support in ll-driver
