Great!

So: Do you have a tool that generates any kind image 
on the TV-Out of your grafic card?
Maybe a DOS tool from card vendor?

If not, get one.

When you have an Image on the TV-Out of your grafic card
swap the two cinch plugs and see if that image is
chown on the other Scart-in too.

If not:
Make that work!

When you do a "make rmmod ; make insmod" in the DVB/drivers folder
you MUST have, for a short time, some image!
